Navigating our lives can be incredibly challenging and sometimes we just need some support while we’re figuring it out. Whether you have experienced trauma, abuse, grief, disappointments, or estrangements—I’ve learned that connection is healing.
Hello! I’m Sarah and I offer sessions for adults (18+) experiencing a variety of challenges including: grief and loss, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and difficulty in relationship. Rooted in gentleness and compassion, I offer a safe place to land as you navigate and unpack your history, your patterns, and your beliefs. My own belief of healing within community stems from my experiences with isolation and self-abandonment. When I began to create a home within myself, I opened the door for deeper connection in my life.
I work with a variety of techniques and modalities including: mindfulness, Gestalt, IFS, CBT, somatic work, and talk therapies. Sessions are client-led and we will continue to check in with one another around goals and direction for our work together.
Stepping into the storm can be scary, and I trust the wisdom of that fear. I also know that you can experience relief and ease in your life when we safely and thoughtfully begin to examine the lens through which we are seeing the world.
