I’m Don, and I’m glad you’re here.
You might be feeling stuck. Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness. Maybe you know something isn’t right but can’t figure out exactly what it is.
I would be honored to hear your story and help you get unstuck. I’m not perfect, but I’m authentic and nonjudgmental. I will give you a safe place to share your struggles as well as your deepest desires for yourself and your relationships.
I primarily use cognitive-behavioral and attachment-based approaches. This simply means that I think awareness and strong relationships are essential to our well-being and happiness. And so we’ll spend much of our time clarifying your thinking and finding ways to improve your relationships.
