I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and reconnect with your inner self. I specialize in working with adults of all ages who are navigating life transitions such as graduation, divorce and addiction recovery. I also offer couples counseling to those seeking to improve their communication strategies and better understand their attachment styles.
Combining traditional talk therapy with the healing power of art therapy, we’ll work together to untangle emotional and psychological knots that may be holding you back. My approach is trauma-informed, ensuring we move at a pace that feels right for you. I also support clients by offering animal assisted therapy with my canine companion, Scout.
My goal is to help you find meaning and beauty in your own story. I believe you are the expert in your life, and I’m honored to support you on your journey through a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Child & Adolescent Therapy:
Growing up can be tough. Your child is trying to learn how to navigate relationships at school and home while figuring out who they are and their place in the world. When dealing with stress and difficult situations, your child can feel alone, as though no one understands them or can relate to what they are going through. Because of their age, your child may not have the vocabulary to express the complex thoughts and feelings they are experiencing. As a result, they may shut others out or seem as though they don’t want help. However, the truth may be that they do not know what kind of help they need or how to ask for it.
Like many parents/caregivers, you want your child to grow into the best version of themselves, making it difficult to watch them struggle. I work to create a non-judgmental space where youth can be authentic and work through their issues, and you can explore new ways to improve your parenting style and skills to best meet the needs of your child.
