I am a therapist who has a conviction and passion for being in service to others. I have a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My professional experience focuses on a patient-centered, solution focused model. It is a form of therapy that respects each client’s cultural & religious beliefs, as well as their personal journey. It is a collaborative approach to real solutions for real individuals/families developed in an emotionally safe, comfortable, supportive and non-judgmental environment. With compassion, dedication and humor we will work through whatever challenges you, your family or your child.

My practice includes children, adolescents, adults and families dealing with grief, depression, suicidal ideation, defiance, parental divorce, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Although the main focus of my practice is on the child and family, I also work with young adults on issues relating to depression, setting personal boundaries, and grief.

Life is hectic so I offer evening & Saturday appointments. I am proud to be part of a group of experienced, licensed mental health professionals in Longmont. Working together as a team helps us assure that new clients will see the best possible therapist for their particular problem and situation.
