Human beings can struggle with trauma, fear, worry, and stress, and long for more power, love, creativity, and hope in their lives. My passion is helping people of all ages to thrive, connect with a sense of inner peace, and move towards a bright, infinite future. I am trained in person-centered, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques and can help you regain a sense of balance, build resiliency, and get you back on a path of growth, love, and believing in yourself.

My education, diverse background, travels, and life experiences have transformed me into an intuitive, holistic healer with a neuroscience-informed perspective who can help you reintegrate your body, mind, and spirit. I hold two master’s degrees, one in psychology with a neuropsychology emphasis and another in clinical mental health counseling. My clinical experiences include working with children, adolescents, and adults in research and test administration as well as residential treatment centers and emergency shelters for at-risk youth and young adults.

I specialize in empowering people of all ages by helping them feel seen and heard in a safe and non-judgmental, therapeutic space. I know that no single approach is right for everyone, so I work to tailor my approach to your unique challenges and strengths. We will work together to boost your emotional wellness, enhance your communication skills and relationships, and increase your personal strengths and courage.

I invite and encourage you to connect with me and if we are a good fit, I can help you transform your life by finding meaning in your darkest tragedies and empowering your mind, body, and soul. I hope you will be surprised by how quickly we can make progress together.
