It takes courage to change. Whether you’ve felt stuck for awhile or something unexpected has shifted in your life, a willingness to try a new way forward demonstrates commitment to your own healing, growth, and freedom. Counseling is an invitation to deepen your connection to your true self and then embody this inner knowing as you walk through the world. If you are crossing a threshold at this time and things feel uncertain, cultivating depth in the present moment, grounded self-worth, and healthier relationships with yourself and others can help you navigate the complexities—no matter what life throws your way.
I have diverse professional experience working with individuals of all ages, and I specialize in major life transitions and the range of emotions they may bring up. Combining a humanistic approach with experiential and evidence-based modalities, my clinical orientation is centered on the belief that wellness is multifaceted and that we heal through finding balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Life can be messy and painful, and yet these seasons can lead to significant personal evolution. You don’t have to figure this all out alone. Together, we can establish goals and direction that feel most meaningful to you and that contribute to your holistic well-being.
I believe being witnessed in our shadow as well as our light—in the fullness of who we are—can lead to insight and positive transformation. I also believe that with the right support and with compassion, creativity, and mindful awareness, we can learn to move through the challenges that arise and lead the lives that our hearts truly yearn for.
I look forward to meeting you.
