Seeking out a therapist requires bravery and vulnerability, especially when it’s been difficult to show up as your best self in your relationships and responsibilities.

Our work together will be focused on your strengths and values. We feel greater peace and confidence when we live in alignment with what’s most important to us. I’ll help you reconnect with what matters most to you so you can move through the world with presence, clarity, and intention. I use a person-centered and relational approach that will help you to become friends with your mind and soul using skills like self-compassion, grounding, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll work to understand your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, soften towards them, and use them as guides toward healing and growth.

I provide counseling for adults, teens, and couples who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, stress, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and rooted in compassion. I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and know that your story will be held with care.

For couples, I offer support grounded in the belief that healthy relationships are foundational to happiness. Whether you’re rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, or simply wanting to deepen your connection, I help partners communicate more openly and move toward each other with compassion.

I believe in the resilience of people and the power of authentic, meaningful change. It is a true honor when clients trust me with their most vulnerable moments, and I hold that trust with great respect. My goal is to walk alongside you—offering warmth, insight, and practical tools—as you strengthen your relationships, reconnect with your values, and become the person you want to be.
