Regardless of where your path has led you, I will meet you where you are and empower you to find your inner strength. Many of us struggle with emotions and thoughts we don’t know how to cope with, and behaviors we don’t feel good about, and we may not know how to change this. It is difficult and frustrating to feel stuck. Therapy is a validating and affirming space. Please know that I have a profound passion for helping clients and I meet all inquiry with kindness and compassion.

While I enjoy working with a wide range of people, I have a particular fondness for and experience helping children through young adults as they find their way in the world. This time of life often brings both exciting opportunities and plenty of challenges. I want my clients to go from a place of surviving to thriving. I want to help them uncover how to find joy and perseverance in life by connecting deeper with themselves and others through the use of therapeutic strategies and interventions that they can carry with them forever. I work with clients in managing their emotions, improving their ability to communicate with others, and to build a healthy and resilient self-concept.

My goal is to offer a safe, affirming and connected space where children, adolescents and young adults can heal from a variety of mental health issues including trauma, adversity and chronic stress. I work from a multidisciplinary approach including being strengths based and trauma-informed to provide transparent and clear communication with clients. I work with clients to build a safe and empowering therapeutic alliance in which the identification of specific clinical and life issues is addressed, and a growth plan is developed. I love building relationships with clients and being able to watch my clients grow and progress through challenges. It is rewarding to help clients recognize their strengths and abilities and the ability they have to overcome obstacles. The resiliency and determination of my clients is truly inspirational.
