I have been a practicing clinician in Boulder County since 1990 in both private practice and community mental health settings and an adjunct faculty member at Naropa University since 1996. I am happy to be part of the team of caring professionals at Krupnick Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist. My areas of specialization include working with clients with mood difficulties, trauma reactions, family of origin issues that impact current work or relationships and Mindfulness approaches to health or chronic illness concerns. My approach depends on the client’s need and situation and can range from more short-term or crisis oriented to longer term psycho-dynamic approaches, or cognitive/behavioral and solution-focused for specific problem areas. I believe, and have seen in my work, that the right support at the right time leads to resiliency and personal growth.
