Everyone has their struggle, it’s the manner in which you come out of the struggle that makes all the difference. I love working with individuals, couples and families who are longing to experience freedom from damaging thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. Learning how to recognize and adapt to these ever changing thought/behavior patterns is what allows an individual, couple or family to grow. Come as you are, together we can weed out the issues, making tomorrow a better day. When you engage in the therapeutic process with me you will experience a space free of judgment and full of grace and understanding.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist offering individual, couples and family counseling to children, adolescents and adults. I obtained my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. Prior to my graduate degree, I had years of social services and public health experience delivering evidence-based harm-reduction counseling. My experience in the field of public health social work helped me to realize my passion and calling to become a psychotherapist.
Psychotherapy and counseling are more than a place to vent. Clinical interventions, defined goals and psychotherapy can help improve your life.
I use traditional treatments as well as new and scientifically proven techniques to help guide each client to their personalized goals.
