Whether you are recovering from trauma, grief, or other mental and emotional stress, I will help by finding the therapy tools that best support your overall well-being. I will invite you to break free of non-productive cycles by teaching skills such as mindfulness, provide positive counseling techniques and share life changing tools to help you sustain positive patterns and behaviors. I will help you meet the goals that are important to YOU, and help you break free of sabotaging behaviors.
For the past 17 years I have been a practicing psychotherapist providing competent empathetic services that assist my clients in meeting the goals most important to their journey. I work with adolescents through adults, providing individual, family and couples counseling.
I have a passionate interest for working with survivors of domestic violence, mood disorders, and individuals recovering from alcohol/drug addiction. Addicts in recovery, survivors of suicide, and those leaving abusive relationship will find a safe and caring place to heal and grow.
I earned a degree in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition, I have completed a Transpersonal Hypnotherapy program. I use a variety of modalities to help clients including a life changing tool called Emotional Freedom Technique.
